Parador de Ubeda
This parador was originally the palace of Dom Fernando Ortego Salido. It is in the towns’ most artistic renaissance square and next to some of the most beautiful buildings in the area. The palace was altered and renovated in the 17th century and opened as a Parador in 1930. Major restoration has been carried out by the group in 1942 and again in 1947.
Parador de Carmona
The Parador of Carmona is a gorgeous 14th century Moorish fort on a hill. The restoration has been done beautifully, making this a romantic place to stay. Check out the enclosed patio, balconies with incredible views, and many interior historic details.
Parador de Nerja
You really can’t beat this location. The Parador de Nerja is situated on a cliff overlooking the sea above Burriana Beach, near the Balcon de Europa. The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the charming town of Nerja, where you can stroll to restaurants, bars and shops.
